O.K. now I am ready to post the final as I am worn out with two pieces done for the contest and school...Im beat!!!!This was my take on Marcus and Anya having twins and them coming up in the war infested world containing locusts (they make a comeback)Its a kids go and do your chores type of thing only these kids gather supplies ...Trying to inject more ideas to Mr. Cliffy B. hoping it sparks ideas to keep Gears going...!!!I LOve Gears and so does my fgour year old ..Im hoping this gets him something ..I dont care if its just a sticker...My kids modeled for this so Heres to you Little David and my baby Zarina....Photoshop CS4 ,3DS MAx and alot of patience and a few gallons of coffee...also Illustrator Referenced some images from gears and used Omen as well...Hope you like it as it is not finished but I am out of time!!!!

interesting concept but you didnt follow the rules D: You forgot to make the image the dimensions they asked for! love the size of the gun vs the child looks awesome :3

I love the idea. However, the only problem I have with this piece -- is that the kids do not look like they are "there". You should have made their skin a darker tone, or something, because the skin tone (if they were actually there) would be different colors since it is sort of dark outside.

Along with that, the little girl does not have a shadow, but all the other objects around her do.

Other than that I think this is a pretty unique piece and I can tell a lot of work went into it. Great job, and good luck!

I see...I learned alot making the two pieces for the gears , I actually have been learning on the fly even using my wacom tablet...one tutorial after another and went from there...Ihad not slept in three days as I worked on the piece at night late at night and I have kids sosI spent the day with them and did not really have time to sleep so ..Yeah I might have missed thing or two....I will add the suggestions thanks...
